• Same-day cancellations with more than 2 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or after the scheduled appointment time with communication received the same day, will incur a fee of 75% of the scheduled service total. • No-call/no-show appointments with no communication until the following day or later will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service total. This balance must be paid before booking future appointments. Cancellation fees may be paid at the next scheduled appointment unless otherwise discussed.
